Hotel Policy

As per Government rules & regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof (Voter Id/Aadhar Card/Driving License/Passport)at the time of check-in.

In case, check-in is denied by the hotel(s) due to lack of required documents, you cannot claim for the refund & the booking will be considered as NO SHOW.

Local ID proof & pan card will not be acceptable as ID proof.

Anantkoti Hotel will not be responsible for any service issues at the hotel(s)

The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to check into this hotel(s)

Extra bed can be accommodated with a folding cot or a mattress, subject to room size & availability.

For Day Use booking, extension of stay beyond the time slots booked will levy additional charges. Any stay after 12 PM will be charged as full night stay.

In case of an increase in the hotel(s) tariff (for example, URS period in Christmas or New Year Eve) the customer is liable to pay the difference if the stay period falls during these dates.

The hotel(s) reserves all the rights to decline accommodation to localities/same city residents. will not be responsible for any check-in declined by the hotel(s) or any refunds due to the above mentioned reason.

Unless mentioned, the tariff does not include charges for optional room services (such as telephone calls, room service, snacks, laundry extra bed etc.). In case, such additional charges are levied by the hotel(s), we shall not be held responsible for it.

Arrival and Departure Policy

Check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in from 6:00 AM and late check-out till 5:00 PM will be charged 50% of the one day room tariff.

Guarantee Policy

All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by a Credit Card or Travel Agency. All major credit cards (Visa, Master Card and Amex are accepted).

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation received less than 15 days before check in date or No Show - 100% of entire stay.

Cancellation for the X'Mas and New Year Period not applicable & full retention will be charged.

Please Note:

Above mentioned cancellation policy applicable for individual booking only and not applicable for food and function booking

Some packages and rates may have different cancellation policies which will be mentioned along with that particular package or rate.

Child Policy

Maximum of 2 Children below 5 years can stay in the parent's room at no additional charge and without extra bed.

However child above 5 years will be considered as an extra occupancy and charged as per hotel tariff.

Luggage Policy

Luggage storage is available to hotel guests on a complimentary basis with the guest own risk

Guests who arrive before check-in time may store their bags in the hotel the management will not to allow to keep the luggage or hand bag until the guest check-in their rooms

Guests may also store their bags after the check-out management can allow to keep the luggage till end of the day.

Management will not be responsible for any loss or damage for guest belongings

If guest not turn up to collect their luggage then after the 24 hrs. The hotel management call the police and handover guest belonging to them

Parking Policy

Parking at vehicle owners own risk. Hotel Management will not be responsible for any damage or lost and guest belongings.

Maid & Driver Policy

As a courtesy to our esteemed guests, we do not allow domestic help and drivers to stay in the hotel.The hotel has no provision for them.

Pet Policy

Hotel does not allow pets.
